We appreciate the hard work Lakeside/Dockside residents have put into keeping our community looking beautiful! Each year we say goodbye to former residents and look forward to welcoming new ones.

 

This requires us to occasionally send out property maintenance reminders. Based on Lakeside/Dockside Association rules and regulations regarding maintenance and architectural changes, owners are responsible for maintaining their individual property.
