Nestled in the woods by Lake Elkhorn, our community of 178 contemporary townhouses were developed in two stages: Lakeside in 1978 and Dockside in 1981. There are major amenities such as Howard County Hospital, Columbia Mall, Home Depot and Giant. These and many other retail shops and restaurants are only a stone’s throw away. Our townhomes feel remarkably like cottages on the lake; they are quiet, peaceful, and serene.  With an abundance of wildlife and miles of interconnected trails, Lakeside/Dockside is a paradise for nature lovers and fitness enthusiasts alike.
