Resale Packet

 

If you require a resale packet, please send an email request to lakesidedocksidehoa@gmail.com. Please include the following information in your email.

 

1. Your full contact information: name, address, phone number, and email address.

2. Buyer's contact information: name, address, phone number, and email address.

3. Closing date.

 

A Lakeside Dockside Association representative will contact you to make arrangements for pickup of your packet. Present a check for $50 payable to Lakeside Dockside Association when picking up your packet. Resale packets may be mailed to you for a $15.00 postage and processing fee.
